Though relatively new to Insulet, I have been quickly captivated by the depth of its mission and the
strong sense of unity among its teams. I was brought in to support the communications team in
effectively conveying the integration of the new internal Global Business Services function. My work includes designing presentations, crafting weekly and monthly email communications, developing
hiring campaigns, and more—all while ensuring alignment with Insulet’s brand standards.

Over the past 10 years, I have worked across three different teams within Ecolab, gaining diverse experience in design, communication, and branding. Most recently, as part of the Enterprise Technology Solutions team (formerly Global IT), I led efforts to rebrand and redefine our team’s identity within the company. This included streamlining communication tools and branding assets, as well as creating supplementary materials for trainings, email communications, leadership presentations, web content,
and more.

Previously, with the Global EBS (Ecolab Business Solutions) team, I played a key role in the communications effort during our global SAP software implementation, a multi-year initiative. This experience allowed me to collaborate with teams not only nationwide but across the globe, effectively communicating changes to both internal associates and Ecolab’s customers.

Summer 2013

During my time with the talented team at 3Five, I was introduced to web design, expanding my perspective beyond print. This experience challenged me to think differently about design—considering not just visuals, but how elements feel and function in a user's experience. In addition to designing a sample for their new internal website, I also created marketing materials to promote their collaborative working space.
